However, in the large scheme of things, it is not only the media that is to blame. Some terrorists who are Muslim, claim that they are fighting for God, dying in the name of God, killing all those who are unwilling to conform ... If I may say, in my humble opinion, these terrorists are also defaming Islam even though they are true followers of Islam. Perhaps, there is confusion of identity. And I agree with you that we have the right to defend ourselves when subjugated or oppressed. Maybe that's where the root cause is. Religion and oppresion. It's scary, now that I think of it, are young children learning the true teachings from the Quran? I guess, we'll never know how big the numbers are. At least, not anytime soon.
